The staff of World in Motion, through the World in Motion Foundation, are undertaking a special virtual challenge to raise money for charity. The team have challenged themselves to Cycle the 92 cycling the equivalent of the 2,416 miles that link the 92 professional football clubs that constituted The Premier League and the EFL at the start of the 2019/20 season, while always adhering to strict government guidelines on social distancing and unnecessary travel. The miles will be made up by various staff members and guests riding either on road bikes (in compliance with government guidelines) or static bikes at home.

They started last week and are now coming to the end of their challenge. Their target was to raise £10,000 and they broke through that barrier earlier today. The money raised will be split between Prostate Cancer UK, NHS Charities Together and Velindre Cancer Centre.

The team started from their Hammersmith office last Saturday and ticked off Griffin Park quite early on. Sergi Canós was on hand to send a message of support as they passed.

They started today, day seven, in Newcastle and are working their way south to finish the challenge. They will finish tomorrow, Saturday 16 May, day eight, in Cardiff. Full information, including how to donate, can be seen here or below.
