Tonight's Quarter-Final will kick-off at 7pm and will be streamed live on our Twitch channel.

THE OPPOSITION

Preston have enjoyed one of the most eye-catching runs to the Last Eight after putting 10 past Crawley Town in Round One before a 4-1 win over Salford City in Round Two. As Sam was seeing off Queens Park Rangers 3-1 last Tuesday night, Preston, represented by supporter James Moulding, were winning a derby of their own against Blackburn Rovers; Sean Maguire and Tom Barkhuizen with the goals.

In Daniel Johnson (6) and Alan Browne (5), The Lilywhites have the joint-top and joint-third top scorers in the whole competition.

VIDEO PREVIEW

OUR STORY SO FAR

After a First Round bye, Sam needed penalties to see off Shrewsbury Town in Round Two. It finished 2-2 after 120 minutes with David Raya saving twice from the spot as we progressed 3-1 in the shootout. The Last 16 threw up an all-West London affair as we hosted Queens Park Rangers. Christian Norgaard and Said Benrahma netted early as we took control. QPR pulled one back on the half-hour from the penalty spot but a late spot kick of our own, converted by Emiliano Marcondes, ensured our progress to the Last Eight.

OUR MAN

Bees fan Sam won the fans' vote to be our manager after impressing supporters with his extensive CV on the latest version of the game and he hasn't disappointed so far. Currently a student at Bournemouth University, Sam has led Brentford to four Premier League titles, two Champions Leagues, a Club World Cup, and nine other major trophies during a six-year stint in West London.
