Ollie's effort took 43 per cent of the votes on skysports.com narrowly beating Derby County's Tom Lawrence into second with Kieffer Moore of Wigan Athletic back in third.

The goal was Ollie's 21st of 22 this season and helped spark a comeback which saw us come from two-down to take a point at home to Rovers.

Speaking about the goal, Ollie said: "I'm delighted to win the award. It's the first goal I've scored from outside the box this season and it was definitely one to remember! As soon as I took the ball down, I knew I was just going to put my foot through it. By the time I looked up it was heading into the back of the net which was a great feeling. It meant even more as it helped us come back to earn a point that day"
