My Brentford Story

Tell your tales of supporting The Bees as we prepare to move to our new home

18 March 2020

There are just five games left before we leave Griffin Park and fans young and old will have stories to tell. Brentford have played at Griffin Park since 1904 but will be heading to a new stadium soon and before we go, we want to capture the memories of Bees fans. Whether you are young or old, have been coming for decades or only know our Sky Bet Championship years, you have a story to tell and we want to hear it.

Regular purchasers of our matchday programme will have seen the My Brentford Story feature running this season. Contributor Dan Long has spoken to fans about their time supporting The Bees and there have been some great tales. We will be running some of these stories on brentfordfc.com in the coming months but the only place to see them in all their glory is in the programme. Buy back issues at curtis-sport.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=94.

The feature will be continued through the summer and in to next season. This may be in the programme or online only but there will be space for Bees fans to get their stories seen by all. If you want to take part email Dan at bfcprogramme.2019@gmail.com, stating your name and a few lines about your story as a Brentford fan. And keep an eye out for the first My Brentford story pieces, coming soon.
