Brentford FC has taken the decision to close its main offices this week given the ongoing concerns posed by Covid-19 (aka the Coronavirus). No football will be played in England until at least 30 April and Government advice is that that people should work from home if they can, as well as avoiding public gatherings. Brentford FC staff will now not be working at our offices at 27 Great West Road and measures announced last week for Griffin Park remain in place.

The Club will be closed to all visitors until further notice. The Box Office and Club Shop will not receive those who turn up in person. Club merchandise remains available online at shop.brentfordfc.com and supporters can communicate with staff via email ONLY using the Contacts page here. Many staff will, however, now be working from home and there will be no Visitors Reception at Griffin Park. Season Tickets and Premium Seats for our new home are still being sold but appointments are via phone and screen share only. Our Reservation Centre is now closed, and more information can be seen here.

With games postponed, Brentford FC is advising fans to keep hold of all match tickets. It is currently planned that all tickets for individual games, and Season Tickets, will be valid for the rearranged dates of fixtures. No decisions will be taken on when the season will resume until it is safe to consider it.

Brentford FC will keep all fans up to date as and when the situation changes and we will share anything in the community that can be done to help those in need. Most importantly, supporters should do all they can to keep themselves and others safe. Please follow the guidance from the Government provided by Public Health England if presented with any symptoms - gov.uk/government/topical-events/coronavirus-covid-19-uk-government-response.
