Referee: James Linington

Assistant Referees: Lee Venamore and Michael George

Fourth Official: Will Finnie

This is the first time this season Linington will take charge of a Brentford game, having been a regular fixture over previous seasons.

Now in his 12th year as an EFL referee, James' first two Brentford games were both 1-1 draws at Griffin Park, against Lincoln City and Darlington, during Andy Scott's 2008/09 League Two winning season.

Following a 3-1 victory at home to Bristol City in January 2014, we went six matches and nearly five years without a victory under the Isle of Wight official. That changed last season however with a 1-0 win at home to Bolton Wanderers in December and then May's 3-0 season-ending victory over Preston North End.

In total, we have played 18 matches under Linington, winning five and drawing three.

So far this campaign, James has shown 66 yellow cards and three reds in 24 outings
