Due to the unprecedented circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic we have been receiving enquiries from our supporters about how we think this season will conclude and plans for the start of next season. Last night the EFL confirmed plans for the remaining matches of this season to be played behind closed doors over the next two months. A provisional start date of the weekend of 20 June has been set with the Play-Off Final, planned for on or around 30 July. Clearly this is all subject to it being safe to do so, Government guidelines and local authority approval. We are awaiting final confirmation from the EFL on a number of outstanding matters, but in the meantime, we can provide our fans with the following ticket update:

HOLDERS OF AWAY MATCH TICKETS FOR THE GAMES AT FULHAM AND READING

All supporters who have purchased tickets via our ticketing website or on the telephone will receive refunds within the next 14 days.

We have a small number of supporters who have purchased tickets in person from the Griffin Park Box Office and we will issue a refund credit to your Ticket Account. Should you wish to receive a cash refund you need to email [email protected] and we will contact you to arrange the best way to refund your ticket purchase.

2019/20 FAREWELL GRIFFIN PARK SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

We are in active discussions with the EFL on how we can deliver all STH’s complimentary video streaming match access to remaining home and away fixtures via iFollow (the EFLs digital streaming platform), these conversations are ongoing. We hope this solution delivers STH what they want – access to The Bees. As soon as we have clarity from the EFL regarding iFollow access we will be in touch.

HOLDERS OF 2019/20 HOME MATCH TICKETS – for games against West Bromwich Albion, Charlton Athletic, Preston North End, Wigan Athletic and Barnsley

We have been working on a plan to advise supporters who bought tickets for our remaining five home games this season of the options open to them. The majority of tickets were purchased by our Club Members and we have had contact from many supporters who wish to donate the cost of their tickets to the Club. We expect to be able to confirm details of our plan later this week and there will be three options for supporters – to donate the value of their tickets to the Club, to obtain a credit on their ticketing accounts for future ticket purchases or Club Membership fees or a full refund. More details will follow later this week.

For those supporters who have either Season Tickets or match tickets/sponsorship in Griffin Park hospitality areas, our hospitality and events team will be in touch in due course to discuss your options. In the meantime, should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact [email protected].
