Visit to Stoke City selected for Sky Sports coverage

Next Saturday's match will now kick-off at 12.30

10 July 2020

Brentford's Sky Bet Championship trip to Stoke City on Saturday 18 July has been selected for live Sky Sports coverage. The game at the bet365 Stadium, which will be our final away game of the regular season, will now kick-off at a new time of 12.30pm in eight days time.

It'll be our third meeting with The Potters this campaign following a 0-0 Sky Bet Championship draw at Griffin Park back in September and January's 1-0 Emirates FA Cup victory. Last season's encounter at the bet365 Stadium ended in a 1-1 draw, Ollie Watkins on target, as we took our first point in four visits to Stoke's home since 1997.

Brentford sit third in the Championship with four games to go, five points behind second placed West Bromwich Albion. The trip to face Michael O'Neill's side will be our third TV game in a week with tomorrow's trip to Derby County and Wednesday's visit from Preston North End also selected for Sky Sports coverage.

The Potters still have concerns about leaving the Championship in the other direction. Last night's 5-0 defeat to Leeds United leaving Stoke in 21st, just a point clear of third-from-bottom Hull City with four games to play.

This game is one of four chosen for live broadcast on Sky Sports over the weekend of Satuday 18 July. A full list can be seen below. Details of all live TV games can be seen here.

Huddersfield Town

West Bromwich Albion

Stoke City

Derby County

Leeds United

Because the game is live on Sky Sports, it will not be available for single match viewers on iFollow, either those purchasing or using codes sent by the Club. Season Ticket Holders can watch as part of their package.
