The final game of Brentford's Sky Bet Championship season will be broadcast live on Sky Sports. The Bees host Barnsley in the last match of the regular season on Wednesday evening. The game has been chosen for live broadcast but will remain at the same kick-off time of 7.30pm.

The Bees will be looking to complete a Sky Bet Championship double over Barnsley in the second clash in front of the Sky cameras. Ollie Watkins headed a hat-trick at Oakwell as Brentford came from behind to win 3-1 in Yorkshire on a wet Sunday lunchtime in September. That was Brentford's only win against Barnsley in the past decade. The Tykes have won one and drawn one at Griffin Park in their last two visits over the past three Championship seasons.

The game will be a vital one at both ends of the table. Brentford can be promoted automatically if they get the right result while Barnsley are battling to avoid relegation. The Bees need to make up one point on West Bromwich Albion, who host Queens Park Rangers, on Wednesday night but know a draw may not be enough even if The Baggies lose as Fulham are only one point behind. Barnsley are currently five points adrift of safety but face Nottingham Forest in their final home game tomorrow and two wins may keep them up.

This game is one of two chosen for live broadcast on Sky Sports on Wednesday. The West Brom v QPR game will also be shown. Details of all live TV games can be seen here.

Because the game is live on Sky Sports, it will not be available for single match viewers on iFollow, either those purchasing or using codes sent by the Club. Season Ticket Holders can watch as part of their package.
