Emiliano Marcondes has returned to Brentford following his loan spell with runaway Danish Superliga leaders FC Midtjylland.
The attacker joined FCM, as they are better known, in August having made four appearances in the early weeks of the Sky Bet Championship season for Thomas Frank’s Bees. While in Denmark, the 24-year-old started all 12 of Midtjylland’s league games, scoring two goals, helping them to nine wins and a draw from those games. Both of those goals came against Silkeborg. The first came during their 2-1 victory in October with the second in last month’s home win by the same score-line.
In total, Emiliano has made 31 appearances for Brentford since joining two-years-ago today. Having been granted international clearance, Emiliano is eligible to play in this afternoon’s Sky Bet Championship fixture away at Bristol City.
