The young Bees, who were in France on Wednesday to take on a Bordeaux XI, will come up against  FC Seoul, FC Astana as well as one other fixture which is yet to be confirmed.

In a 3pm kick-off at the club’s Penina Resort, they will get their fixtures under way against South Korean side, FC Seoul.

They have been out in Portugal for a number of weeks playing friendly matches. The club compete in K League One and was founded in 1983. In 2018, despite ending up in the relegation play-off match they managed to confirm themselves a place in the top division by beating Busan IPark.

The side will then train on Monday and Tuesday in Portugal before taking on a local side on Wednesday with the opponent and venue yet to be confirmed.

More training days will follow in the south of Portugal before they round off their matches on Saturday 25 January against FC Astana from Kazakhstan. That match is still to be confirmed in terms of venue, but it is likely to kick-off at midday. Astana, of course, recently beat Manchester United in the UEFA Europa League and will prove an excellent test for the young Bees. Due to the first team game against Leicester City on the same day, this match will not be streamed live on the club’s YouTube channel.
