Referee: Geoff Eltringham

Assistant Referees: Nick Greenhalgh and Mark Dwyer

Fourth Official: David Webb

Geoff Eltringham is one of the most seasoned pros on the refereeing circuit, having started as an Assistant Referee in 2008 before taking charge of his first game 12 months later. The County Durham referee was then appointed to the Select Group Two of referees in 2016.

His first Brentford game was our 2-0 win over Oldham Athletic in September 2011 before he awarded us a last-minute penalty at The County Ground in the 2013 Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg against Swindon Town. After four straight defeats with him in charge, Eltringham officiated a pair of wins over Birmingham City; 3-1 in January 2017 and then our 5-0 victory at Griffin Park in February 2018.

His last Bees game came in July as he was the man in charge for our 1-0 defeat at Stoke City taking his tally to three wins, two draws, and five defeats in ten matches.

In total this campaign, Eltringham has shown 34 yellow cards and two reds in ten matches.
