Brentford extended their unbeaten run to nine with a draw against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday on a day that will be remembered for more than the score line. The game was the first played in front of fans at our new home. We welcomed 2,000 spectators to our game, which ended as a 2-2 draw, the fifth draw in that nine game unbeaten run.

Derby County will be the next side to visit us. They come to West London on Wednesday, 9 December, for a match that will kick-off at 7.45pm. Once again we will welcome 2,000 fans to the match. Fans that are eligble to book a place have been contacted and full information can be seen here.

Brentford sit sixth in the Sky Bet Championship after the draw on Saturday. They are four points behind leaders Norwich City but may be in a different position at kick-off as four of the top eight sides in the division are in action on Tuesday night. This includes a match between Swansea City, who are fourth, and AFC Bounemouth, who are second.

Derby come to TW8 on Wednesday on an improved run of form. They beat Millwall on Saturday to climb off the bottom of the Championship. They are also unbeaten in three games after recent draws with Wycombe Wanderers and Coventry City.

Derby's only other win this term came at Norwich in October and they have picked up eight of their 11 points away from home. A six point deduction for Sheffield Wednesday keeps them off the bottom of the table as it stands. And they could climb out of the relegation zone with a win on Wednesday.

Those who are not joining us on Wednesday night will be able to watch live on iFollow Brentford. As per EFL communication on the broadcast arrangements for the new season, all of a team's games not selected for live coverage by Sky Sports will only be available on that platform. See more here. This game will NOT be on the Sky Sports red button on Wednesday night.

Season Ticket Holders that agreed to freeze their seats for the current campaign in to 2021/22 now have iFollow VIP access. They can watch the game on Wednesday when they log in to their iFollow account. See more here.
