New Denmark Head Coach Kasper Hjulmand named the Brentford pair in his squad for next month's Nations League A games against Belgium and England. Both fixtures will be played in Copenhagen with Belgium the visitors on Saturday 5 September, kick-off 7.45pm UK time, while Gareth Southgate's Three Lions are in town the following Tuesday, 8 September, kick-off 6pm UK time.

Henrik is the most capped player in Brentford history, playing 21 of his 25 international matches while at Griffin Park. No player has played more full international matches while with The Bees. Four of those caps came during the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia when Henrik became the first player under contract at Brentford to play in the tournament.

For Christian, this represents a second consecutive call-up to the Denmark national squad following an outstanding maiden season in West London. The 26-year-old is still waiting to make his full debut, having earned 27 caps at Under-21 level, but was named on the bench for The Danes 6-0 win over Gibraltar in Euro 2020 qualifying last November.
