Charlie Goode said he was sold by the potential of the Club as he became our first summer addition, joining from Northampton Town on Wednesday morning. The 25-year-old defender agreed a four-year deal having led The Cobblers to promotion last season. After signing, we caught up with Charlie to chat through his journey from the Essex Senior League to the Championship, his ambitions for the future, and what persuaded him to make the switch to Brentford.
