The Dane joined Brentford in January 2019 from AGF Aarhus and had a steady start to his career with The Bees. Last season saw the forward kick on hugely, proving Brentford B's biggest goal scoring threat.

The hard-working striker has proved a nightmare for defenders across Europe, and he has netted against the likes of FC Seoul, FC Astana and FC Liefering. Not to mention, he netted the all-important goal in the Middlesex Cup Quarter-Final in a battling win over Wingate & Finchley.

The forward also scored a hat-trick in the London Senior Cup against Harrow Borough back in December 2019 as the young Bees were ruthless in a 7-1 win.

The youngster made 34 appearances in total for Brentford B last season, and though one of his main attributes was goal scoring, he often made a real handful of himself and actually turned provider for his teammates seven times during the 2019/20 season. Had the season not been cut short in early March, the young Dane will feel he could well have gone on to help himself to 20 goals for the campaign.

Gustav will be looking to build on those numbers going into the new season as he sets about pushing himself further into the thinking of First Team Head Coach Thomas Frank.
