Everyone at Brentford Football Club is incredibly grateful for the support of our fans during the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak. In unprecedented times, with the government banning all but essential movement, the Club is aware that life is difficult for supporters and wants to do all it can to assist. With financial uncertainty for many people, Brentford FC will be offering the option to delay payment of the balance due for Season Tickets at our new stadium.

Despite the closure of our Reservation Centre last month, Brentford fans have been in touch to tell us they are keen to secure their Season Tickets for our new home. Appointments have been conducted using phone and screen share technology, showing available seat views, to ensure long-serving fans maintain priority. Fans have continued to secure their seat at our new home and all at Brentford FC would like to thank those supporters, whether Season Ticket Holders or first timers, who have purchased their tickets over the past few months.

In order to assist with any financial difficulty, supporters who purchased their new stadium Season Ticket on an instalment basis can contact the Club if they need help to extend terms. Many fans paid for their Season Tickets upfront while others split the cost in to two different instalment plans. Some fans are due to make payments in April and May and some are due to make a one-off final payment in May. The Club is giving all our fans the opportunity to spread the May payment across May, June and July.

Anyone who would like to spread the cost can email [email protected]. Please include your name, Fan Number and a contact telephone number. It may take up to 72 hours for our team to respond and make the changes to the payment plans. Anyone unable to email can call 020 3750 9705 to speak to a member of our Reservation Centre team. We ask fans to email if they can, as receiving all details in writing will assist the reservations team in making this process more efficient.

Jon Varney, Brentford FC Chief Executive, said: “We are very grateful for the support of our fans, especially at this unprecedented time. We thought long and hard about suspending the Season Ticket sales process given the Covid-19 outbreak, but fans told us they wanted to buy for next season, and they are keen to back us. The new stadium is the light at the end of the tunnel for all of us and I hope we will all get to see it soon.

“A number of fans have been in touch with our sales team about changing their payment terms and we were very keen to help. We have also received calls and emails from fans keen and able to pay up their balance early or who wanted to confirm they could pay. Whether you pay on the due dates or take the options of spreading your final payments you are all helping the Club at a time when income streams are severely reduced. We are incredibly grateful for your loyalty and support at this difficult time.

“The players and the staff are really missing the regular contact with our fans, the buzz of a matchday, the roar of Griffin Park, but we are all working hard to make sure the future plans, including our new home, come to fruition and we hope to see you soon.

“Stay safe.”

Supporters are asked to check that a valid credit or debit card is registered on their account ahead of their next payment. You can check what card is registered for payment by logging in to your account here. A guide to changing your payment method can be seen here.
