Around a month ago, the Club became aware of a video posted on social media by Gurpreet Singh of his ten-year-old daughter, Munsimar, who had been the victim of racism as she tried to play locally.
Munsimar and Gurleen, five, led The Bees out ahead of our game against Stoke City last Saturday alongside their father, Gurpreet, who carried out the youngest member of the family, one-year-old Gobind.
Munsimar was introduced to Salma from our Women's Development Team, who unfortunately was subjected to racial abuse of a similar kind.
Munsimar then joined Peter Gilham at half-time to tell her story to the Griffin Park crowd.
Our cameras captured the family's Griffin Park experience.
