Relatives of Harry Curtis, chosen by Brentford fans as our greatest ever manager, were special guests at our game against Stoke City on Saturday. Harry managed Brentford between 1926 and 1949, taking The Bees from the third tier to the very top of English football. He earned the greatest manager accolade in a 2013 poll and his granddaughter Diane and great granddaughter Carina were there on Saturday to perform our Farewell Griffin Park countdown.

Brentford drew 0-0 with Stoke City in the latest game of our Farewell Griffin Park season, presented by London Pride, on Saturday. At every home match in 2019/20 we are counting down to the final game at Griffin Park. This will include using a special display which will be updated at each remaining league match at Griffin Park.  The Farewell Griffin Park countdown was changed to 19 at half time by Diane and Carina and they spoke about their day after performing the duty.
