This afternoon, Sunday 13 October, Brentford Women's side will play Regents Park Rangers at Griffin Park.

It's a 2pm kick-off and there's free entry for all spectators.

Our women's side began the season in FA Cup Preliminary action, losing out on a qualification spot to Abingdon United. Two late goals then denied Karleigh Osborne's side victory away at Walton Casuals, just a week after a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace Devs.

The first win of the campaign came against Luton Town on Sunday 22 September, a 5-0 runaway victory that could have seen more goals. Rebekah Wiltshere scored a brace as Kaitlyn Spencer-Dempsey, Chloe Webb and Regan Graver added the other goals.

Spencer-Dempsey scored again last week as Islington Borough came from behind to beat the First Team 2-1 at Bedfont Sports.

Captain Mollie Holmes said after the game: "A frustrating result, we battled and played really well. Unfortunately, our composure let us down at times but we won't dwell on this result and we look forward to next week."
