Ticket Access Point update

Season Tickets Holders have just received their Ticket Access Points for 2019/20 matches

13 November 2019

With all Season Tickets at our new stadium going on sale from January, Ticket Access Points (TAPs) will play an important role in the priority access windows.

In case you’re not aware, Season Ticket Holders and Club Members are able to earn TAPs through both home and away ticket purchases and we use them to manage access to tickets when demand is higher than availability. More information can be found here.

In the last few months, we’ve been working on the priority access windows for Season Tickets at our new stadium so TAPs earned via 2019/20 Match Tickets were not counted. Points have now been added so they can be used when demand is expected to exceed supply for our games in the remainder of the season.

In the last few days, we’ve emailed all Season Ticket Holders with an estimation of their on-sale date for 2020/21 Season Tickets. This was based on the following factors:

  1. Longevity – how long you have been a Season Ticket Holder across the last eight years
  2. Location – where you currently sit/stand at Griffin Park
  3. Loyalty – the number of TAPs you have earned before the start of our current season

More information about Season Tickets can be found here and will be released in the coming weeks. If you have any immediate questions, please contact
