Saïd Benrahma has missed out on the Bristol Street Motors PFA Player of the Month award for October. The fan chosen prize went instead to Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic with Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla in second.
Saïd started four of our five games during the month, coming off the bench in the other, as we picked up ten points in the Sky Bet Championship. He provided two assists during our remarkable comeback win over Millwall before getting on the scoresheet with the opener away at Swansea City four days later.
He capped off a fine month for both him, and the team, with a goal from the penalty spot against Queens Park Rangers a week ago. As well as the goals and assists, Saïd also went viral on Twitter for his impudent nutmeg on QPR defender Tony Leistner during that win at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
