Brentford FC are hunting for a model of Griffin Park made by a supporter and seemingly now lost. The model, pictured above and below, was made by a supporter called Dave Twydell and presented to the club for the centenary in 1989. The Club would like to recover it to use in an exhibition as we prepare to leave Griffin Park and move to our new home next summer.

After being given to the Club it disappeared for some time and was next seen on eBay where it was spotted and bought by a fan called David Harrison. When he died his daughter auctioned the majority of his Brentford collection but remembers that a friend of her father came and collected it. The Club is trying to find out who that fan was and where the model is now. It was the size of a bed. If you can help, please email [email protected].
