Yearwood netted once in the first half before scoring two more in the second period and there were also goals for Joe Hardy, Tom Field and Jayden Onen as The Bees claimed another impressive win.

Having taken on Reading and Hanwell Town in recent days, Brentford B head coach Neil MacFarlane made a number of changes to the side with game time given to the likes of Hardy, Cole Dasilva and Ali Coote who have had limited minutes in recent weeks.

Having conceded in the first minute at Hanwell last weekend, The Bees once again saw themselves trail when Herson Alvis stepped up to curl an excellent free kick goalwards, and despite the palm of Nathan Shepperd, he was unable to prevent the ball from finding the net.

But The Bees weren’t rattled by the early goal as they began to string some nice passages of play together, and they drew level when Matej Majka did well down the right before he played a low ball inside for Hardy to sweep home to make it 1-1.

More good play going forwards would see The Bees claim their second of the afternoon when Yearwood, who was a menace throughout for the Bromley defence, played a one-two with Hardy before poking the ball beyond Daniel Mamas in the Bromley goal.

Chances continued to flow for the home side and Nick Tsaroulla, who was playing further forward on the left-hand side, had a couple of powerful attempts well saved by the Bromley shot stopper.

Despite that, it was Bromley who would be on the scoresheet next when they managed to get in behind the Brentford back line with a clever pass before Spencer Cripps finished well to make it 2-2.

The Bees would make sure that they restored their lead just before the break when a considerable amount of pressure eventually saw the ball squared inside for Field to thump home.

More excellent pressure in the second half from The Bees saw them reduce Bromley to very little in front of goal and they furthered their advantage on 69 minutes when Yearwood got his second of the game when he combined well with Hardy before being played in one-v-one against the keeper and finishing low with confidence.

More attempts followed for the likes of Jonny Mitchell who saw an effort blocked before his follow-up attempt went just over, but Yearwood would complete his hat-trick in the 89th minute when he scored a goal similar to his second with another poke into the net as he got reward for his excellent performance.

It would be six just moments later when Onen, who impressed out on the right following his half-time introduction, curled a wonderful effort into the top corner to make it 6-2.
