Brentford Sports FEST will take place next Sunday, 12 May in the iconic grounds of Syon Park. Run by Brentford FC Community Sports Trust in partnership with Brentford Lock West, the event will be held on Sunday 12 May and aims to bring sport to the heart of the local community. Here are three reasons why it is a great day out.

A range of running races for all the family

With a 10k, 5k, 3k and 1k children’s race on offer, the event has something for everyone. The 10k and 5k gives you the unique opportunity to run in the private grounds of Syon Park, which are not usually open to the public.

And our 1k children’s race can help ignite your child’s passion for running. Plus, we have a brand-new relay race challenge for local primary schools.

You could fundraise for your child’s primary school or junior club

Brentford Sports FEST gives you an exciting opportunity to raise money for your child’s primary school or junior club. Plus, the school and junior club that raises the most money will win a player visit from Brentford FC.

It’s not just a running event.

In partnership with Brentford Lock West, water-lovers have the exciting opportunity to do a paddle boarding session on Brentford Lock.  Plus, the health and fitness village means you can sample yoga, Pilates and rowing.

And for your children, our legendary speed cage and cricket stimulator will keep your kids entertained for hours.
