The final Brentford FC Club Partners event of the 2018/19 season attracted a large crowd earlier this month. The Griffin Brewery – where Club Partner Fuller, Smith and Turner produce their famous ales – hosted the event. All Club Partners were invited to attend and join in on the tour of the historic brewery, which has been on the Chiswick site since the late 1600s

This was a unique opportunity for our partners to see behind the scenes of the famous working brewery, sampling some of the famous ales and beers produced by Fullers in the famous Hock Cellar.  Followed by a stop at The Mawson Arms, next door, and enjoyed some food supplied by our hosts before mixing and socialising with other Club Partners who were also present. Those present included guests from Löfbergs, Reliable Networks, Octink, Simplexity, Rolfe East, Novotel Brentford, The Hogarth Club and Fuller Smith and Turner.

James Parkinson, Brentford FC Commercial Director, said: β€œIt is always nice to see our partners enjoying themselves. It has been a season of commercial success and we were pleased to celebrate that with our partners, especially at The Griffin Brewery. We try to get our partners together regularly, it is a key benefit of working with us, and I am sure it was useful for them.”

There are already plans in place to organise Club Partner events for the forthcoming 2019/20. Our partners will be helping us to say Farewell Griffin Park before we move in to the new Brentford Community Stadium in June 2020.
