Brentford B have signed former Tottenham youngster Nick Tsaroulla on a one-year contract. The 20-year-old signed the deal at Jersey Road yesterday, Thursday 9 May, following a successful trial.

Nick was out of contract after his release from Spurs and joins The Bees on a free transfer. The deal includes an optional extension of 12-months, which could see him through to summer 2021.

Tsaroulla had been at Spurs since 2015, where he was trained at fullback. This is the role he played during his trial with The Bees, which included a cameo in the 2-1 win over SC Cambuur on 20 April.

B Team Assistant Coach Allan Steele said: "We are extremely pleased to have Nick join us after a very positive trial period. Nick is a person who fits extremely well into our style of play being an technical and athletic left back or winger. Nick has not only stood out on the pitch but off the pitch he has shown amazing qualities as a person and we believe Nick can realise his potential at our club."
