A penalty shootout defeat to the hosts on Friday saw Jan Zamburek and the Czech Republic Under-18s finish sixth in the 2019 Slovakia Cup.

Jan was not involved in Friday's match, which went to spot kicks after finishing goalless in 90 minutes. However, appearances during the group stages, including starting the final game victory over Spain, took Jan to 13 appearances for his nation at Under-18 level, and 36 overall.
