Trust organises fitness classes around the borough

Fans invited to join fitness classes around Hounslow

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust have teamed up with Hounslow Council to offer Hounslow residents a range of health and fitness classes at six venues across the borough of Hounslow. Get healthy through our Boxercise, circuit training, Yoga and Pilates sessions. Available to anyone over the age 18 or anyone over the age of 16 who is accompanied by a parent or carer.

The first four sessions for every participant are free. For information on how to book call Neil Young on 020 8326 7048 or email health@brentfordfccst.com. For a list of all our classes, which include times and locations, please see below:

Ivybridgelink Centre

Boxfit Combo

A cardio based workout using high energy boxing basics and punching combos to whip you into shape. This class will work you hard as you build on your stamina and agility.

Mondays 7.30-8.30pm

Southville Community Centre

Yoga with Annie B

Ideal for those with little or no experience in yoga. Annie teaches a slow Vinyasa based class while focusing on alignment and also incorporating breath work. Mats are provided.

Pilates with Carol

Gentle but effective mat Pilates in a small group that is ideal for beginners.

Fast-paced body conditioning workout method that is combines several strength training and high intensity aerobic exercises.

Ideal for those with little or no experience in yoga. Annie teaches a slow Vinyasa based class while focusing on alignment and also incorporating breath work. Mats are provided.
