Brentford B returned to Italy in 2018, the start of December would see three fixtures based here.
The team also used their time in Coccaglio, in the north of the country, for some training and team bonding.
The first game was against Brescia at the nearby Centro Sportivo Cesare Guzzi. After recovering from a one-goal deficit twice, Joe Hardy struck in stoppage time at the end of the game to snatch a 4-3 win for Kevin O'Connor's side.
Kolbeinn Finnsson had opened the scoring for The Bees in the first half, with Hardy adding a second before the break. David Titov then scored with his side chasing the game, setting up a grandstand finish for Hardy in the dying moments.
The second game had The Bees travelling East into the mountains, where Red Bull Salzburg U19s were waiting at Stadio B. De Varda.
Brentford drew 2-2 Salzburg on a Saturday afternoon in Mezzolombardo, an Italian village in the shadow of Adamello Brenta National Park.
Hardy netted once again for the B squad and his strike was added to by Cole Dasilva's free-kick in the second half. The Bulls drew level in the dying minutes of the game, some sloppy defending allowing the Austrians a way back into the fixture.
The final game of the tour meant the squad needed to cross the border into Switzerland.
It ended 2-1 at Stadio Comunale on Tuesday afternoon. All the goals came in the first half as the B side finished off their Italian tour with a record of two wins and a draw.
Joe Hardy scored a penalty after quarter of an hour before Henrik Johansson scored a free-kick to add the second in the first 45 minutes. Chiasso struck back through Christian Konan but that was all that the Swiss Challenge League side could manage.
