Nathan Mobey and Justin Ali’s side started poorly at Bedfont Sports and found themselves 2-0 down to mid-table Islington before the break. The Bees did pull one back through Amber Langston-Lloyd’s direct free-kick, but the visitors made the game safe late on with a third.

With only one side likely to go down, The Bees should be playing Division One football again next season as Actonians and Luton Town face each other next Sunday in a relegation decider. A draw in that game would ensure a seventh-placed finish for Brentford while victory for either side would drop The Bees to second bottom.

Brentford finish the season having won three and drawn two of their 16 league matches. They reached the Last 16 of the John Greenacre Memorial Trophy but bowed out at the Preliminary Qualifying Round of the SSE Women's FA Cup. Rebekah Wiltshire ends the season as top scorer with ten goals from 20 games in all competitions.

The Development team have also completed their campaign, finishing ninth in Division Two North following promotion last season. Will Blithing's side won two and drew one of their 18 league matches with Shannon Read finishing as top scorer for the second season running.
