After losing 4-0 on home soil in December, Bristol made the trip to The Keepmoat last night looking to put more distance between themselves and the Sky Bet League One drop zone. However, they found themselves 2-0 down inside 12 minutes to James Coppinger’s double. Mallik Wilks made it three before the break and Kieran Sadlier struck the fourth a minute into the second half. Jonson Clarke-Harris pulled one back with a 66th-minute penalty as Rovers remain 15th, just three points above the drop zone.

In the National League, Justin Shaibu played the full 90 minutes as Boreham Wood held promotion-chasing Solihull Moors to a 2-2 draw at Meadow Park. Solihull opened the scoring in the ninth minute through Nathan Blissett. The home side levelled midway through the half, Ralston Gabriel nodding home from close range. Adi Yussuf restored Moors’ advantage 20 minutes from time, but Idris Kanu grabbed a late equaliser to ensure both sides took a point. Wood dropped to 20th, just a place above the drop zone after the draw, however they still retain a seven point cushion over the relegation places.
