Football clubs across the country have been marking the Level Playing Field weeks of action this month. From 2 to 17 March, clubs have been doing theit bit for the campaign, which advocates for disabled football fans. At Brentford, Thomas Frank took part in a sign language workshop, as The Bees beat Queens Park Rangers while there were other events elsewhere.
At Bramall Lane last Tuesday, 12 March, Sheffield United hosted their Level Playing Field game. As part of their celebration of the campaign, The Blades presented Brentford fan Rose Winstanley with a penant to mark the ocassion. Rose handed it over to Donald Kerr, Brentford FC Vice-Chaiman, on Saturday. It will be kept at Griffin Park as another reminder of the importance of the weeks of action.
