Kamohelo Mokotjo and South Africa will kick-off their Africa Cup of Nations campaign this afternoon. The Brentford midfield player is part of the South Africa squad for the tournament, which is being held in Egypt and started on Friday. South Africa face Ivory Coast today, Monday 24 June, in a Group D match that will kick-off at 3.30pm BST.
Kamohelo is the only British-based player in the squad for the 1996 Champions. The 28-year-old has earned 13 caps for his nation, playing the full 90 minutes of four of South Africa's last five competitive games. South Africa also face Namibia and Morocco in their group as they aim to reach the last 16.
