The Bees led 2-1 going into the dying minutes thanks to Amber Langston-Lloyd’s first goal since re-joining the club, and a maiden league strike this term from Mollie Holmes. However, The O’s, who could have gone second with a win, struck with less than five minutes on the clock to salvage a point.

The draw was enough to see The Bees pull level with third-from-bottom Luton Town Development ahead of a make-or-break week for Justin Ali and Nathan Mobey’s side. This Sunday sees bottom-of-the-table Actonians Development, who sit a point behind The Bees, head to Bedfont Sports, kick-off 2pm, before The Hatters make the same journey in a week’s time.

Will Blithing’s Development Team are currently enjoying a winter break of sorts with no game last weekend and no fixture currently scheduled until 24 February.
