Chiedozie Ogbene and Tom Field have returned to Brentford following loan spells with Exeter City and Cheltenham Town. The young duo joined the Sky Bet League Two sides on Deadline Day in August but are now back in West London after those deals came to an end.

Chiedozie, who joined The Bees from League of Ireland side Limerick last January, made 18 appearances, 14 of those coming in the league, during his time with The Grecians despite missing a month through injury. The 21-year-old leaves St James Park with Exeter sixth in League just past the midway point of the season, having started three of the West Country side’s last six League Two matches.

Tom, meanwhile, made 11 appearances for The Robins while at the Jonny Rocks Stadium with six of those outings coming in Sky Bet League Two. The 21-year-old has also been an ever-present for Michael Duff’s side in the Checkatrade Trophy, netting the winning penalty against Newport County in last month’s Second Round victory.
