The full structure of our new home will be in place soon as work has now begun on the stadium frame for the north stand. The ground-breaking ceremony at Brentford Community Stadium took place last March and building work has now been underway for more than ten months. The steel frame and concrete floors have been in place on three sides of the ground since before Christmas and the roofs will be complete on these stands soon.
The image above is taken from the centre of the pitch and shows cranes working on the steel frame for the north stand which will take around six weeks to complete. More pictures from the site will follow in the coming days.
