Darren England handed weekend's visit from Hull City

Match Officials confirmed for Tigers' game

15 August 2019

Referee: Darren England

Assistant Referees: Matt Foley and Lee Venamore

Fourth Official: Darren Blunden

This is Darren's fifth season as an EFL referee having spent many years in the professional game as a linesman, including running the line for the 2015 FA Cup Final between Aston Villa and Arsenal.

We are unbeaten in England's three matches in charge, winning two and drawing one. Following our 3-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers, and the 3-3 draw with Sunderland during the 2017/18 season, last term's one outing under England was our 2-0 win at home to Wigan Athletic.

This season the Barnsley-born official has shown just one yellow card in two matches.

Hull City 2018/19

33 fouls - 3rd in Sky Bet Championship

4 yellow cards - 6th in Sky Bet Championship

0 red cards - 2nd in Sky Bet Championship

We are back at Griffin Park on Saturday to face Hull City and expect lots of Bees families in and around the ground on the day. Kids tickets are only £1 and Adults just £20 so book yours now.
