Neil MacFarlane's side first drew 0-0 with Puerto Pro FC before defeating FC Midtjylland Reserves 3-2 in a dramatic game that saw Brentford reduced to 10 men after an hour.
The final day saw two 45-minute games both end goalless between The Bees and their two opponents from the previous days.
The Hammers play their games in Division Two of the Premier League 2 system, having been relegated last season from the top tier. West Ham finished second bottom of the 12-team league, just a single point behind Leicester City.
This season has seen them off to a flying start, getting a 3-0 win over Fulham on the opening day and then a 2-1 win over Newcastle on Saturday. Their next two league games see them host Reading before travelling to play Manchester United.
