This increasing demand has meant we’ve needed to take a good look at some changes and improvements that we’ve been working through. They are solely focused on ensuring that as many Brentford fans as possible have access to the final 23 matches at Griffin Park. Some new initiatives include:

Replacement Finance Instalment Plan

For those of you that aren’t aware, on 28 March the Club was notified by Zebra Finance that they would no longer be able to offer fans an instalment plan option for the 2019/20 season. Since then we've continued to work on finding an alternative solution to reduce the financial impact of purchasing a Season Ticket.

Spread the cost of your Season Tickets over three months for free

Fans do currently have the ability to choose 'BFC Instalment Plan' when purchasing a Season Ticket, introduced last season this option automatically splits your payments from a nominated card over three consecutive months, it does not involve finance and there are no fees for this option.

Single Seats

One of the challenges we face at Griffin Park is the number of single seats around the ground in between groups of Season Ticket Holders. While we’ve not been selling out matches it’s not had much of an impact but for the final season at Griffin Park we need to ensure that we do everything we can to allow fans to get along. On that note we’re putting measures in place to not allow single seats to be left when fans are purchasing Season Tickets and Match Tickets.

Bonus Ticket Access Points (TAPs)

Bonus TAPs related to a Season Ticket purchase will be applied after the relevant deadline. For example those purchasing before the Early Bird deadline will earn 500 TAPs, these will be applied once that deadline has passed. You can find more information about TAPs here.

Season Ticket Upgrades

During the 2018/19 season we tested a change to see how these work. The pricing for upgrades is based upon the value of the Season Ticket paid on a game by game basis deducted from the cost of the relevant match ticket required. Upgrades are for occasional usage only and therefore we will be implementing a maximum number of upgrades during a season. This is to avoid a situation where Junior tickets are purchased just to hold a seat. This is something which we need to avoid even more in the final season at Griffin Park to ensure all fans get the best possible chance to attend games.

Online 3D View from Seat

While this feature was rolled out at the end of November 2018, we’re aware that some fans who haven’t purchased tickets since then won’t have seen it. Designed to help improve the task of choosing a seat on both PCs, tablets and mobile devices, this feature is what fans can expect to have access to when choosing a seat at the new stadium. We expect to release the new stadium views in June 2019, a month after prices are released (May 2019).

In addition we wanted to take the opportunity to remind fans of the key timelines for Season Tickets at the New Stadium which go on sale in September 2019. We understand there is a lot to consider when looking for the ideal location for you, your family and/or friends plus those of you wanting to group your seats together. So, here are the key Season Ticket dates to be aware of:
