Following Tuesday's draw against Ipswich Town, Dean Smith's Bees head to Derby County on Saturday having lost just once in ten competitive games this campaign. The Rams sit just outside the Play-Off places under new boss Frank Lampard and the match officials have now been confirmed for the game.
Referee: Andrew Madley
Assistant Referees: Lee Venamore and Mark Russell
Fourth Official: Akil Howson
After coming through the lower leagues, Andrew, the older brother of former Select Ground Referee Bobby, progressed to the National List in 2011 with his first assignment a Sky Bet League Two clash between Morecambe and Barnet.
His Brentford debut came on New Year's Day 2014, as he awarded The Bees two penalties in a 3-1 win at Peterborough United. Just over a year later he was in charge as we won 2-0 against Reading to set up a final day Play-Off shoot-out against Wigan Athletic. Last season, he took charge of our defeats on the road at Cardiff City and Wolverhampton Wanderers and April's derby victory over QPR at Griffin Park.
Madley has already taken charge of us once this season, replacing Keith Stroud ahead of our 4-2 Carabao Cup victory over Southend United last month. In total, his nine Brentford games have ended in six wins and three defeats.
This season, the 35-year-old has shown 22 yellow cards and one red in 8 matches.
