After a weekend without a game, we are back at Griffin Park on Saturday for the visit of Wigan Athletic. With the chance to move into the Sky Bet Championship's top two, here are five reasons not to miss this weekend's action.
A return home for our international stars
The international break saw an unprecedented number of Brentford stars head off around the globe to represent their nations. From South Africa to St Kitts and Copenhagen to Cardiff, our boys did themselves, and the club, proud but now they are back in TW8 to pick up where they left off against Nottingham Forest.
Tickets for Saturday’s game are just £20 for adults, £15 seniors, £5 Young Persons, and a £1 for Under-18s. What’s more, we’ve launched a brand-new family website and ‘Welcome To TW8’ series so that you and your family can make the most of your day with us.
Our perfect record at home
Our victory over Nottingham Forest last time out extended our flawless start to the campaign at Griffin Park to four games. We are the Sky Bet Championship’s second top home scorers and another three points would cement our spot amongst the second tier’s early pace-setters.
Neal is back
The division’s leading marksman, Neal Maupay, is back after serving his suspension. The French striker was in lethal form last month, scoring five times and setting up three goals, in just four starts and, after missing the last three, will be keen to make up for lost time on home soil.
The nights are drawing in and the glorious summer of 2018 looks to be coming to an end but the forecast for Saturday is good. With temperatures set to hit the low 20s and plenty of sunshine on the way, enjoy a glorious Griffin Park matchday with us.
The Bees are back at Griffin Park on Saturday to face Wigan Athletic and we expect lots of Bees families in and around the ground on the day. Kids tickets are only £1 and Adults just £20 so book yours now.
