The Ticket Exchange is now available for Season Ticket Holders to place their seats on resale and Ticket Access Points are now showing in fans’ online ticketing accounts.
Season Ticket Holders wanting to place their seat(s) on resale simply need to log into their online ticketing account here and select 'exchange' in the right hand menu.
From there it’s just a case of choosing the match and following the steps. Once completed we’re now able to send through a confirmation email. We’re also now able to send confirmation emails for when you decide to take your ticket off resale and when it’s sold on. You can find a ‘how to guide’ for the ticket exchange online here.
Ticket Access Points are available to view in your online ticketing account, they’ll now automatically update after the match so its easy to keep track of your total as you go. Ensure you use Friends and Family when buying additional tickets so that those you are buying for can also accumulate their TAPs.
We’ve also made available a schedule of all TAP allocations for the current season which can be found here.
Progress is being made on releasing the upload to card function, we’ll have an update on this one in the coming weeks.
