With the 2017/18 season disappearing in to the rear-view mirror, plans are being finalised for the upcoming 2018/19 season. Season Tickets are on sale, and can be bought here, Brentford’s Sky Bet Championship fixture list will be revealed on Thursday 21 June and the pre-season programme is starting to take shape. The centrepiece of pre-season training will be a seven-day camp in Germany, which will – it is hoped – conclude with a friendly match that Bees fans can watch.
Dean Smith will be taking his side to Bavaria for a training camp from Saturday 7 July to Saturday 14 July. The Bees will be based in the South East corner of Germany, close to the Austrian border for a week of preparation for the new season. The plan is to end that camp with a game on Saturday 14 July. The Club is looking for opposition for a match in the Munich area and it is intended that this will be open to any supporters able to make the trip. The Club would like to stress that plans are not confirmed and are subject to change. Full details will follow in due course.
The Bees are lining up a series of friendly matches to take place in July and it is hoped to confirm dates and opponents in the coming days. Current plans are for a game at Griffin Park on Saturday 28 July with away games on Friday 6 July, Tuesday 17 July and Saturday 21 July. All details of pre-season will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
