Luke Daniels takes Fanscore Prize after Hull City draw

Penalty hero wins award on league debut

7 May 2018

Luke Daniels had a league debut to remember as he saved a penalty during yesterday's 1-1 draw with Hull City

The stopper came in for his league debut and watched on as Sergi Canos gave Brentford an early lead. However, Hull, who were second best for much of the game, levelled on the stroke of half-time through Jarrod Bowen. After the break, Luke's tangle with Fraizer Campbell saw him concede a penalty but he was equal to Harry Wilson's effort to keep the scores level, which was how it finished.

The goalkeeper's performance saw him take the Man of the Match prize, ahead of Alan Judge in second and Sergi Canos in third.

Earlier this season we launched an all-new predictor game on the Official Brentford FC club app. The new predictor, which can be accessed from the club app, asks fans to pick the result from all Sky Bet Championship games played over the weekend with points on offer for correct scores.

Find out more about the new predictor game here and or visit the Play Store or iTunes App Store now to download.
