Brentford Women's FC will take to the Griffin Park pitch tomorrow for an end of season exhibition match, kick-off 3.30pm. Entry to the game, which follows straight on from The Bees season finale against Hull City, kick-off 12.30pm, will be free for all spectators.
Both the First-Team and Development Team play in the Greater London Women's Football League, enjoying contrasting fortunes this campaign. A difficult season for the First-Team ended with a sixth place finish in Division One, three points above the drop zone.
However, it has been a remarkable season for Justin Ali and Nathan Mobey's Development Team in Division Three North, winning 12 and drawing one of their 18 league games. With 74 goals, Nathan and Justin’s side are the league’s leading scorers and remained unbeaten in their last nine league matches, winning eight of them. With two teams going up, The Bees are currently second, six points clear of third-placed Alexandra Park who have four games left to play.
