Chris Mepham’s incredible rise this season has been capped off with his selection in Ryan Giggs’ maiden Wales squad for their four nations tournament in China this week. Wales will take on hosts China before playing either Uruguay or Czech Republic on the final day. This season has seen the 20-year-old make his Sky Bet Championship bow and captain Wales Under-21 as he establishes himself for both club and country.

Bees midfielder Alan Judge returns to the international fold for the first time in two years as Martin O’Neill looks forward to the Nations Cup and Euro 2020 qualification. Alan earned his first cap against Switzerland in March 2016 and will be looking to add to that after returing from a serious leg injury earlier this year.

Kamohelo Mokotjo and South Africa head to Zambia for a Four Nations tournament this weekend. Bafana Bafana face Angola in their opening game before playing the hosts or Zimbabwe on the final day. The Bees midfielder has been a regular for South Africa in recent months making their last five matchday squads, appearing in three of those games.

Henrik Dalsgaard has made Åge Hareide’s 24-man squad for the final two friendlies before the Danish Head Coach names his squad for the summer’s World Cup in Russia. The right-back was a key part of Denmark’s qualifying campaign, playing 90 minutes in their last four group games, and will be looking to add to his eight caps.
St Kitts and Nevis vs Dominican Republic, Santiago, Sunday 25 March, kick-off 9pm
Romaine will join up with his teammates in the Caribbean tomorrow ahead of St Kitts and Nevis' one-off friendly in the Domincan Republic. The Sugar Boyz are building up to the inaugural CONCACAF Nations League in the autumn which has pitted them against Puerto Rico, French St. Martin, Canada and Suriname.

As hosts for this summer’s Under-19s European Championships, Marcus Forss and Jaakko Oksanen have been called up for two games in Switzerland. Marcus is the B Team top scorer with 15 goals in 27 appearances this campaign and recently signed a new contract through to the summer of 2021. Meanwhile, Jaakko joined The Bees in January on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

Brentford B’s Danish defensive duo are just three games away from a place in this summer’s Under-19 European Championships in Finland as they prepare for the Elite Round of qualifying on home soil. Mads has played nine games at Under-19 level and has 16 caps for his country in total. He captained the side in their last outing, a friendly defeat against Scotland. Lukas has five Under-19 caps and has also played for his country at Under-18 and Under-16 level.

Ellery will join up with the Young Lions squad as Paul Simpson’s reigning Champions look to book their spot in this summer’s Euros in Finland. The Brentford B goalkeeper, who was part of the victorious England side at the Toulon Tournament last summer, has earned three caps at Under-19 level to add to his three at Under-18 and one at Under-20.
