Brentford B Team midfielder Jaakko Oksanen has been called up to a team training camp for Finland Under-19s from 5 July 2018.
The Helsinki-born teenager will also be in contention to play a match against Turkey U19 during his time away with the Finnish youth squad. Last time out he managed to get on the score sheet during a 5-2 win for the same side.
Jaakko's ultimate goal is to put himself in contention for the U19 European Championship Final Tournament, which will be held in Finland between 16 and 29 July.
They played two games against Montenegro Under-20 at the start of June and Jaakko played in both of those too, meaning he has nine caps at that level. He was 16 when he made his Under-19 debut against Georgia in October. He has also represented his country at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 level.
