Chris Mepham picks up Fuller's Man of the Match award after Norwich defeat

Defender takes nearly 50 per cent of the vote

28 January 2018

Chris Mepham's performance in yesterday's 1-0 defeat to Norwich City saw him awarded the Man of the Match prize, in association with Fuller's.

The 20-year-old put in another assured performance as James Maddison's early stunner settled matters in west London. The defeat brought to an end The Bees 13 match unbeaten run at home, with Florian Jozefzoon, Sergi Canos, Ollie Watkins, and Alan Judge all going close for Dean Smith's side.

Chris picked up 46 per cent of the votes, ahead of Alan Judge in second and Ryan Woods in third.

Yesterday saw the first week of scoring in the all-new predictor game on the Official Brentford FC club app. The new predictor, which can be accessed from the club app, asks fans to pick the result from all Sky Bet Championship games played over the weekend with points on offer for correct scoreds.
