Andreas Bjelland picks up Fanscore Man of the Match award with Fuller's

Defender wins prize following draw with Preston North End

11 February 2018

Andreas Bjelland picked up the Fanscore Man of the Match award with Fuller's following yesterday's 1-1 draw at home to Preston North End.

After a goalless opening 45 minutes, the visitors took the lead shortly after the restart when Tom Barkhuizen's cross evaded everyone and found the back of the net. The Bees were behind for less than ten minutes as Florian Jozefzoon's neat turn opened up space for him to fire low past Declan Rudd from 15 yards. Greg Cunningham saw red late on but, much as The Bees pressed, they couldn't find a way to grab a winner.

For his commanding defensive performance, Andreas picked up yesterday's Man of the Match award in association with Fuller's.
